We always enjoy general conference.
The first half of the month was spent pouring cement in the feedlot, the boys bought and fixed up an old truck The truck would hold 7 yards and they poured over 35 loads, so it took a day or two. The second half of the month revolved around cattle, weaning Hauling and working them and Preging the cows and there still more to come off the mountain.
Cari came home for the weekend to do some stuff for one of her classes. I got to go to the temple with the Relief Society Presidency from the stake and all the other presidencies from other wards, it was a neat treat. On the day before Halloween a neighbor in Arock passed away from a heart attack, he was only 61 and his funeral is tomorrow. I am driving field- for the Crane high art students and going to Bend the next day. And then taking the Arock kids on a field trip to Fruitland the day after that, to a traveling Smithsonian- thing on history of cars and roads. Should be fun Hope everyone is enjoying the fall.
