Lila & Mark

So sorry to hear about your mother Connie.
Dale turned 50 on the 2nd and we were here, the fair was a week later than usual. Cody and I spent the first week of the month in Ontario. He had a market steer and a cow, calf pair. He did a great job taking care of them and did a good job in the show ring too. They moved the show ring off the main road and put a cover over it, a big improvement. Dale showed up the day of the sale and bought Cody’s steer ????? Rena left for Kansas State in Manhattan on the 16th I drove back with her for a little road trip. We were able to check out the Martin's Cove Visitors Center, since Dale and I weren't able to go with Cody and the rest of the youth from the stake in July. It was really neat to see it and helps us appreciate how blessed we are to live in this day and age. We got her moved into a brand new apartment with a friend from Oregon and we checked out the campus. I flew home on Friday evening and the flight was 2 hours late because of bad weather. I thought I would miss my connecting flight but it was late too. So I got home at 2;30 am.

The next day was the Little kids
Rodeo in Jordan Valley and I helped with the time events and figured out the winners. The day after that we had a missionary homecoming in Marsing and that evening we moved Cody into his dorm room in Crane. It sure is quiet around here now. Dale and Tony went after a rake in Calif. and I went to see my sister in Bend, OR. She just found out she has stage 4 colon cancer and I wanted to surprise her on her birthday.
