Vivie & David

March News ~ mostly our months are being involved with the wonderful people at the temple. However, this month I was on the other side of the fence while getting to be an escort for a convert in the ward for 18 months. Speaking of converts, I gave our Elders a missionary referral to one of the members of our Georgia Mothers that lies in Athens (the home of UGA).

David and I met with our attorney to update our will and ended having about four visits to transfer and complete it into a Trust. I think it is now completed except for reading through the binder of several pages and understanding it all.

It was Georgia's Primary Elections. When I went to VT one of my sisters, she had forgotten so I took her to the polls.

To help prepare for our Israel trip next month/next week, I have been trying to review some library books and the Institute manual to help me prepare.

Stephanie learned she will be teaching a Doctrine & Covenants class Spring term at BYU and will be doing EFY here in Atlanta in July. (Several of our ward YW will be there). Her friend, Shantel, came and did a presentation about Emma for our Stake RS Conference Day. If your ward or stake wants a good presenter, let me know.

March was a month of Birthdays for (Mom), Owen, Elaine, our Steve, and Melinda, and Pres. Black's. He is the only one we got to be with and have lunch with on their birthday.

I had an obvious miraculous event happen as I just happened to have an extra minute in which I reviewed the right email (out of about eight) that I had saved from the Worldwide Training Meetings. I discovered a presentation by Elder Tom L. Perry and D. Todd Christofferson about the very same subject we were assigned to speak on in the Chattanooga, Tennessee Stake Conference the week after our return from Israel. It is perfect for my five minute talk.

Oh one more thing I must share with you -- Linda Cleaver Bessendorfer Rebello came to the temple with her husband, Joseph, and we got to talk and visit. They live in South Carolina and the next time we will arrange to meet together and have lunch.
