Hi Family, January Happenings: Denise's family came up this past week. We had a great time. We did lots of things with them and Tonya's and Jason's family: Bowling, swimming, games, and Brielle’s Basketball game. Eating BBQ brisket, shopping etc. Very enjoyable.

Bowling was particularly enjoyable. Since Grant is only 3 years old he bowls with the 6 lb balls - they gave him two for some reason. Since the balls are so light and he throws it softly, lots of times after his ball had gone over the end of the bowling lane, the machine wouldn't read his ball and he would throw the ball 3 or 4 times for each frame before the machine would determine that his turn was over. Grant's final score 107!! He beat his Mom, Sharon, and almost me!! He was picking up splits and knocking down pins in the most unusual way. You had to be there to appreciate how unusual and funny it was.

Glad February is here and the cold weather is behind us.
