The pictures above describe our family rather well. The first ones of Buster I will call "The many hats of Buster", that kid is always putting things on his head. He loves "the
darkside" aka Star Wars, so he usually wears the
DarthBuster hat around the house once a day with his light saber shoved in his underwear. My favorite is the air popper lid. Carter used to wear it on his head also, so it must be a family tradition. I love the picture of Carter, don't be alarmed we didn't get his nose pierced. Those are
Magnetix that for some strange reason he shoved up his nose and then stuck the other ones on the outside and since they are magnets, magic!! Don't worry they are still soaking in cleaner. The last picture is Carter when he received his First Amendment certificate at school. Mind you he is standing up on stage with 4
th and 5
th graders, notice who is tallest. The kid is going to be taller than me by the time he is in 2
nd grade next year. Anyway, the First Amendment is a list of activities he has to do to earn the certificate. We had to discuss family rules, he memorized the Pledge of Allegiance and a few other things I can't remember. The kids can either earn a prize or donate money to a worthy cause. He chose to donate his to kids with cancer in Tanzania & East Africa. I'm not sure where Tanzania is, we will have to get out a map. Let's see what else has been going on. Oh, Paul has been selling stuff on
ebay. Paul loves
ebay and DI. So he has started selling some of his finds and has made $200 the past couple of weeks selling shoes. This will help support his habits. Today Buster hasn't been feeling well, he has had a temp and been very sleepy. A little while ago we were all laying on our bed watching the Jazz game and Buster started coughing and then he started to throw up, well, that grossed Carter out so he started throwing up also. Luckily there was a blanket near by that I caught most of it in, by that time Paul was so grossed out that he had to leave the room. The both threw up for a good 15-20 seconds, which seems like an eternity when you are holding the blanket that they are doing it in. I guess our family has something with vomit (if you read my last months entry you would understand). So, I was downstairs washing stuff out and cleaning, just laughing to myself about how funny all my boys are. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to me!!!!!
