Reta & Ron

The month of May could very easily be summed up in one word: MOVING!!

Helped Janna move into her really awesome place at the first of the month.

Then the next week Ron and I headed up to Parma and packed up and loaded up some stuff.

Then the week of the 19th-the 23rd we had all the kids meet up with us and we pretty much cleaned out everything.

It was a special time to have all the kids, including Jared and his son Eli to be with us. A time for them to go met up with friends they hadn't seen for years and other activities to say good bye to our little house on the prairie that we have cherished over the years. We have definitely enjoyed living in that secluded piece of heaven.

However, we are now in a new season of our lives and look forward to the future being down here by everyone else.

We just got back from going up to Chesterfield, ID an old Mormon settlement that they are restoring in Eastern Idaho where Ron’s dad came from. It is where we had our family reunion last year. Ron took the 4 wheeler up there and sprayed down the weeds in the cemetery. It is an old pioneer cemetery and no one has official care of it. It has only about 14 graves in it. However some very interesting stories attached to those that are laid to rest there.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the sibling reunion. Thanks to Elaine for her work in pulling this all together.
Love ya, Retz
