Reta & Ron

Lila and I went up to Connie's mom funeral. We couldn't believe how many people showed up. Couldn't believe how many come from up Nyssa way.

We saw Lorraine Barton, Mike and Sandy Smith. Roy Barton, Gary Barton. It was hard to recognize them after all these years. Susan Schulthies.

Kathleen and Earlene showed up for the viewing. They hadn’t seen Dave for a long time. Dave got to introduce his family to them. It was fun to visit with them all.

Connie did a very nice job on her remarks. It just flowed from her. Her touch on the printing of the program showed also. Nice job
it was nice to visit w/David's family at the dinner afterward.

Lila gave me some peaches off her tree. Oh, they do hit the spot. Hum, Hum.

Ron was able to come down for about a week. So, we headed up to see Trav and Em for a day. I just really like their new house up there. It is just so nice and peaceful.

Other than that, it was school starting up for Jeff's kids, Helping out Janna with Carter and the likes.

It is already starting to feel like fall. It is definitely in the air.
