Greg & Melinda's February

February was good- We love holidays in our family, so of course Valentine's day was a big deal. We pretty much keep our kids going by telling them what holiday is coming up, and that keeps them excited and behaving for at least a week or two of anticipation.

I also had a daddy-daughter night date with Amelia as organized by the primary. It was a "campout" where we set our tents up in the cultural hall around a pretend fire, played games, did a treasure hunt inside the church where we collected items for smores, then went outside and made real smores on a real fire. we also sang campfire songs with a guitar until we got cold and came back inside.

I was in Mexico last week. the weather there is nice and warm. If anyone's looking for a different vacation spot, check out Guanajuato Mexico- great weather, european-type city, but a nice meal will cost you half.

Melinda's taking a night class at Tennessee State University--the class will count towards a masters in education.

Overall, life is good! :)
