I put my rehab house up for sale. I had two offers the first week. One had earnest money and was willing to pay full price. However, their lender saw it differently, Without getting an appraisal, she said an appraisal wouldn't come in that high for that year of home. I could go on w/my side of the story, but that killed the deal.
Then what has happened the next two weeks everyone is very much aware of, so the interest has dropped.
Everyone that has seen the house is really impress with it and all said I did a great job on it.
I would just would appreciate a check confirming that. :)
Lila as seen it when Mark and her came down to see Jeff & Kristie.
I have now moved into Travis home, since he is up in Logan.
Ron came down and helped me move (well, really, he was sick after he got down here and couldn't help much, but it is the thought that counts.)
We went up to Logan to visited Travis and to see his house that he has rented up there. Emily came over and they fixed us supper. They did a great job. It was fun to be around them and to get to know Emily a little better.
It is always fun to be around the grandkids and see what they are up to. Sydney now can ride a bike. It was fun to watch her learn how.
Jeff and Kristie continue to spoil me. I am always grateful for that.
I talked to Katlleen. She said her mother is still hanging in there. That she was down to 103 pounds, not eating much but somehow continues to live.
They will have a short service down here in Ut. then they will have a grave side service for Aunt Vera at the Owyhee Cemetary for your infomation.
Trav came down this week and had an extra ticket to go see Aida at the Hale Theater. They always do a great job. Thanks Trav for thinking of me. I loved it.
Next month Vivian and David come home. Yippee!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Connie for the calendar. It ended just right! :) It has been fun to look at it each month while they were gone.
