Day Camp Day Camp Day Camp! That pretty well sums up my month.

David has been pretty busy since we got back from Texas, which is great.

It’s been nice to get to see the Schulthies girls a little this month. We had a gorgeous day so I went and got them to go to the park. It was fun. Then Laura went to lunch with Hanna so I watched the 2 little munchkins. That's always good.....

We had a nice surprise the weekend of the 11th. Fiola had asked if I'd watch Braden on Friday, I had said sure.... however as we were sitting home waiting for them to bring him. In walk Toots and Mckae! They had Fiola call to make sure I'd be home. They came to stay the weekend.... well that night Julie pulled out my toys from the toy closet to take to the "Nickel Auction" at Fiola's the next day....then she headed up stairs and started emptying out my loft closet..... We found some stuff to take.... I think I made $2.05.... You basically "give" the stuff away but it’s fun..... Saturday morning we got up and started "prepping" the bathroom to paint. Mckae got it all taped off for me, then we left for the auction.... we were having such fun we decided to shop a little....5 1/2 hours later and 7 pairs of shoes, 4 outfits and lunch we were headed to the Schulthies for a hot dog roast. Needless to say, the bathroom didn't get painted that day! And the next day being Sunday the bathroom sat (with no light or mirror) Justin and Fiola came over to see toots so we had a good visit....

My bathroom was dark for a week, but then Julie drove back down and Fiola came over and we did the front room.... I now have a STEELERS front room, it has been an indoor garage for the last couple years, I finally decided if it was going to store the stuff I'd take down the fancy curtains, take out the bookshelves and make it an official NOT front room...... so it now has the massage stuff in it (chair, tables) workout stuff, and the ping pong table.... I like it; I made "Steeler curtains" and put up Steeler border.
And at the same time Julie worked on the bathroom got it all painted and then they hung the decorations I had got. It looks GREAT... Justin hung my light before he took Braden home so there was light again in there.... although you know the saying; an electrician's wife never has lights. David changed out my switches and GFI to dark brown.... it looks cool I think.

I made a fast trip to Salt Lake for the general board Primary training. My counselor and secretary and I left Thursday morning for the Thursday night meeting. And left after that to come back home....

We got an offer on Moms house....that was a very difficult time. It was the final tie and realizing I wasn't going to be going there any more is difficult. She was such a part of our lives for the 7 years, every day. I would have her road trips meetings and whatever. She went with me last year to the general training and sat in the car.

We are ready for Spring here. It's been a cold spring for Vegas. And looking forward to Conference weekend. It’s always the best.
