The New Year is here. 2009 has arrived.

Christmas was fun to have almost everyone here. Jared and Christina did Christmas at their home in Maryland.

The biggest and grandest gift was Trav's engagement to Emily. (see Trav's Post)

We welcome her into the family and excited for the both of them. They are a good match and happy for both of them.

Christmas was fun. Janna was here this year. That was nice, it seemed she was just here and had to head back to Idaho again.

It is always good to be around Jeff & Kristie and the girls. They are the highlight of it all.
My Christmas present was that I sold my house. I have now completed the whole cycle of doing a rehap. Didn't make the profit that I would have liked. I wished I could had closed on one really good offer. That would have been fanastic. However, I did learn a lot. The realtor that ending up selling it, was very impressed with my work. So much so, that she wants to pull me in on a TV pilot show she is doing about how to updated your home and stage your house to sell it. Not bad for someone who has only done one house. It was the best house that she had ever seen done!!

Got to see Owen, Sharon, and Cynthia at Lila. Thanks Lila for pulling that off. It was great.

It is good to have Vivie and David back in the country. Got to see her up at Steven place. She was tired, but it was great to be with her.

Congrats. to Julie and McKae. Wished we could have made it to the wedding.
