March was Melinda’s b-day and Charlie’s half b-day!
To celebrate both we went to San Francisco (“the city” for local folk). The first night we stayed in the W hotel, which is the most I ever have and I ever hope to spend on a hotel. The 2nd night we stayed in a nice cheap hotel, which is in the tenderloin area, which if you didn’t know, “tenderloin” is French for “lots of homeless people that will do unsanitary things to your car while it is parked on the street overnight.” So take it from me, beware of the tenderloin area in SF. Other than that, we had a fun time and we jogged / biked along the bay to the Golden Gate bridge, then rode the bus back. Lots of fun.
